Meditation

Meditation is a state of deep peace that occurs when the mind is calm and silent. Meditation is the practice of turning your attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or on a word or phrase known as a mantra. In other words, meditation means turning your attention away from distracting thoughts and focusing on the present moment. Meditating is deceptively simple.

Certainly Meditation can increase your mindfulness, attention & happiness to make you better person all together. To begin with Meditation, have a proper environment and attitude. Your space for meditation, schedule, physical health and mental estate all matters a lot to go deep in to the meditation. The meditative state transcends all limitations. In it there is neither past nor future, but only the consciousness of I AM in the eternal NOW. This consciousness is possible only when the mind is stilled. Meditation is a state of consciousness.
